You pay the cleaner's wage directly. CleanLi calculates and shows the full breakdown, and charges only its platform fee: 0% during beta.

When do I get the money?

Directly from the client, at the rate you set.

And if something breaks?

There is no insurance through CleanLi in beta. If something breaks, you settle it directly with the cleaner.

02 — Insurance

Insurance

There is no insurance through CleanLi in beta. Any damage is settled directly between the client and the cleaner.

And if I get hurt on the job?

There is no insurance through CleanLi in beta. If the work is reported to Bituach Leumi and the injury is recognised as a work accident, you may be entitled to treatment and injury benefit under Bituach Leumi's rules.

Do I become an employer?

Yes. You are your cleaner's household employer and pay her wage directly. As the household employer, you report and pay Bituach Leumi directly. CleanLi doesn't collect it during the Beta.

03 — Pay & paperwork

Paperwork

The client, as household employer, pays the cleaner directly and reports and pays Bituach Leumi directly. CleanLi doesn't collect it during the Beta, and shows both sides the same breakdown.

What about National Insurance and tax?

The client is your household employer and pays your wage directly. CleanLi doesn't deduct Bituach Leumi during the Beta; your employer reports it.

Transparent pricing

One all-in price. And both sides see exactly what's in it.

The hourly price you see is what you pay. It includes the cleaner's gross wage, 4% vacation pay for the first 74 days (and on one-off jobs), and, once pension applies, pension and severance (section 14) deposited to her pension fund. No surprise add-ons at the end. As the household employer, you report and pay Bituach Leumi directly. CleanLi doesn't collect it during the Beta.
