One all-in price. And both sides see exactly what's in it.
The hourly price you see is what you pay. It includes the cleaner's gross wage, 4% vacation pay for the first 74 days (and on one-off jobs), and, once pension applies, pension and severance (section 14) deposited to her pension fund. No surprise add-ons at the end. As the household employer, you report and pay Bituach Leumi directly. CleanLi doesn't collect it during the Beta.

Why we do it properly
When you book through CleanLi, your household is the cleaner's employer by law. You pay the cleaner directly. As the household employer, you report and pay Bituach Leumi directly. CleanLi doesn't collect it during the Beta. Both sides see the same breakdown.
Why does this matter to our household?
When a domestic worker is reported and Bituach Leumi contributions are paid, real entitlements build up. When wages and reporting are in order, there are fewer surprises for both sides — and less exposure to fines and back-charges if something goes wrong.
Our cleaner slipped at our home and broke a wrist — what happens?
Salaried employees, including domestic workers, are covered by Bituach Leumi work-injury insurance. If the injury is recognised as a work accident, she may be entitled to medical treatment connected to the injury and injury allowance for days she cannot work — subject to Bituach Leumi conditions and medical certificates. The employer must, among other things, refer her for initial care on the appropriate form. If she was not registered as required or contributions were not paid when the event occurred, Bituach Leumi may demand from the employer, in addition to contributions, the value of benefits paid to the worker.
Are we really the employers?
Yes. By law your household is the cleaner's employer. As the household employer, you report and pay Bituach Leumi directly. CleanLi doesn't collect it during the Beta.
What if we do not report or pay on time?
An employer who does not respect a domestic worker’s rights may face claims and charges — including cases where Bituach Leumi demands from the employer the value of benefits it paid to the worker if she was not registered and contributions were not paid as required. Incomplete or incorrect reporting can undermine the worker’s rights even when contributions were paid.
Maternity, unemployment, old age — why is that our business?
When work is reported, the worker may be entitled — subject to Bituach Leumi conditions — to maternity allowance, unemployment benefits, an old-age pension and disability benefits. That is National Insurance built from ongoing reporting. You have an interest in reporting and payment being done lawfully — without fines and without retroactive bills.

Who comes into my home?
A cleaner whose identity an admin at CleanLi has verified, with a profile that includes a photo and reviews — which you see before booking.
Can the price change?
There is one all-in hourly rate, with a breakdown you can open — the same for both sides. The rate is locked when the booking is accepted. Billing runs from the cleaner’s on-site check-in once you approve it, to your End tap with the cleaner confirming — rounded up to the next 30 minutes.
And if something breaks?
During beta, no insurance cover is offered through CleanLi. Damage is settled directly between the client and the cleaner.
Do I become an employer?

What does CleanLi cost?
In beta the app fee is 0%, and CleanLi adds nothing to the price you see.
Why can the price go up later?
Pension starts after 6 months (or from the start if the cleaner already has a pension fund). When it starts, the all-in price rises accordingly, and you'll see it in the breakdown. The pension and severance part is deposited to her pension fund.
