Who we are
The service is operated by JOA Cloud Solutions Ltd, reg. no. 517119640 ("CleanLi").
What information is collected
Name, phone, service address and correspondence on the platform. Payment details and identity documents are not collected at this stage.
Why it is needed
To carry out the booking, to match by area and availability, and to run the messaging between the two sides.
Location
Location is collected only when you ask to find a cleaner nearby. You can always type an address instead of allowing location.
Message translation
Messages are translated automatically so each side reads in their own language. The original text is kept and viewable by both sides.
Outside providers
We use outside providers: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting and sign-in), Google Cloud Translation (message translation — message text is sent for translation), and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim (address lookup). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request to review, correct or delete your information through the support assistant on the site and in the app (coming soon — messages go to the team). Such a request is handled in writing.
