Who operates the service
The CleanLi site and app are operated by JOA Cloud Solutions Ltd, reg. no. 517119640.
Our commitment
We are working to bring the site and the app in line with Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.0 level AA), and to keep them usable for people with little technology experience.
What we implemented
Increased colour contrast, resizable text, full keyboard navigation, screen-reader support and a description for every form field.
Languages and direction
The system was built right-to-left by default, and supports Hebrew, English and Russian. Arabic is planned.
Ran into a problem
If you run into an accessibility issue, contact us through the support assistant on the site and in the app (coming soon — messages go to the team). An accessibility coordinator is being appointed.
CleanLi is in beta. This document describes what we do today. When payment, insurance or reporting are added, we will update it and tell you in advance. It is not advice and does not replace the full documents.
