The service
The service is operated by JOA Cloud Solutions Ltd, reg. no. 517119640 ("CleanLi"). CleanLi operates a platform connecting people who order cleaning services with the people who provide them.
Who can use it
Use is permitted from age 18. Registration details must be correct and up to date, and one account serves one person.
Bookings and confirmations
A booking is not final until the other side confirms. Until confirmation, neither side is committed.
Price
The hourly price is one all-in price. Both sides can open the full breakdown before booking.
Payments
The client pays the cleaner's wage directly. CleanLi calculates and shows the full breakdown (the client is the household employer) and charges only its platform fee, which is 0% during beta. During the Beta, the client reports and pays Bituach Leumi directly as the household employer; CleanLi does not collect Bituach Leumi contributions.
Platform fee
During the Beta, CleanLi charges no platform fee to clients or cleaners.
Insurance
No insurance is offered during beta.
Conduct on the platform
Bookings and messages go through the platform. In beta, payment and arrangements such as cancellation are settled directly between the two sides. The service may not be used for any purpose other than the work described in the booking.
Changes to the terms
The terms are updated from time to time. We will announce a material change in advance through the platform.
CleanLi is in beta. This document describes what we do today. When payment, insurance or reporting are added, we will update it and tell you in advance. It is not advice and does not replace the full documents.
