Current status
CleanLi is in beta. A cancellation and refund policy is not yet enforced through the platform, and no refundable payment passes through it.
Cancelling for now
Agree a cancellation or a new time directly with the other side in messages, as early as you can. It is worth agreeing in advance what happens on a late cancellation.
What is planned
Fixed cancellation and refund rules, enforced through the platform. We will publish them here before they take effect.
